An affidavit in compliance of order dated 14.12.2010 stands filed pursuant to which the petitioner has been granted employment on compassionate grounds as daily rated beldar w.e.f. 07.01.2011. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the relief claimed by the petitioner in the petition stands granted to her, the petition may be disposed of accordingly. 2. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as the relief prayed for therein stands granted to the petitioner. 3. The petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
