JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 07.09.1994 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in S.Tr. No. 56 of 1992 by which it has acquitted the Respondents No. 1 to 12 for the charges framed under Section 307/149 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal I find that the Trial Court has rightly given the benefit of doubt to the appellants and, therefore, it is difficult to disagree with the reasonings of the Trial Court. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
