JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petition is filed with the following prayers:- “(i) That writ in the nature of certiorari may very kindly be issued by quashing impugned provisional marks-sheet dated 25.01.2011, Annexure P-2, issued by the respondent No.4, for the retail outlet dealership of petrol pump at village Jahu Kalan (Salangwan), Tehsil Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, H.P. (ii) That writ in the nature of mandamus very kindly be issued by directing the respondents to allot the retail outlet dealership of petrol pump at village Jahu Kalan (Salangwan), Tehsil Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, H.P. in favour of the petitioner.” 2. In the nature of the order we propose to pass in this case, it is not necessary for us to go into the merits of this case at this stage. According to the petitioner, he has raised online complaints within a month. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority under the 1st respondent to look into the complaints raised by the petitioner in terms of para 19 of Annexure P-3, guidelines, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 6th respondent. Till the decision is taken as above, the letter of indent if not already issued, shall not be issued. The petitioner shall immediately produce a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition before respondent No.4 and will also serve a copy of each on 6th respondent. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
