JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has assailed the appointment of respondent No. 5 to the post of Part Time Water Carrier in Government Primary School, Gawali. 2. Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that he has not been awarded marks, though his family has donated land for the construction of the School and the marks have wrongly been allotted to respondent No. 5 under distance criteria from home to School. It is evident from the reply filed by the respondent-State that the petitioner has been awarded 2.5 marks, since his family has donated land for the construction of School. Respondent No. 5 has placed on record Annexure R-5/2, whereby the distance from his home to School is about one kilometer. The suitability of the petitioner and respondent No. 5 has been gone into by a duly Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. constituted selection committee. Consequently, this Court will not sit in appeal over the recommendations made by a duly constituted selection committee. 3. Accordingly, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed.
