JUDGEMENT R.M.Doshit, J. 1. Learned advocates agree that in view of the judgment of this Court {Coram : Dipak Misra, C.J. (as His Lordship then was) and Mihir Kumar Jha, J.} in the matter of Chhaya Sarkar Vs. Union of India & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 7573 of 2009 decided on 26th April 2010), the present petition does not survive. In view of the above statement made by the learned advocates, the petition is disposed of. The parties will bear their own cost.
