JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 10.07.1995 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 53 of 1990/Tr. Case No. 160 of 1995 by which it has acquitted the Respondents No. 1 to 3 for the charges framed under Sections 419/109, 468/105 and 467 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal I find that the Trial Court has not committed any perversity in recording the order of acquittal of the Respondents No. 1 to 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
