JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “i. That the respondents may be ordered to grant work charge status to the petitioner from the date in terms of Mool Raj Upadhayay Vrs. State of H.P. and as per the law laid down in Phool Maya Vrs. State of H.P. with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc.” 2. According to the petitioner, the issue is covered in his favour by Annexure P-1 (judgment), rendered in Phool Maya vs. State of H.P. & ors., CWP(T) No. 10220 of 2008, dated 17.3.2010. 3. The petitioner may submit appropriate representation before the second respondent within a period of one month from today, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by the second respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter, also in the light of the judgment referred to above, shall be taken within another four months. 4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
