JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Petitioner is aggrieved since he is not granted work charged status/regularization, on completion of 8/10 years’ service in terms of the policy prevailing at the relevant time. The issue is covered by the decision of this Court in Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others, CWP No.2735 of 2010 and other connected matters, decided on 28th July, 2010. 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter after verifying the factual position and take appropriate action in light of the judgment referred to above, within a period of four months after the production of certified copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment in Rakesh Kumar’s case. In case the petitioner is found eligible for any benefit, the same shall be disbursed to him within another two months. The claim of the petitioner for pension/counting 50% of the daily wage service will also be considered subject to the outcome of the matter now pending before the Supreme Court in State of Himachal Pradesh & others vs. Sarab Dayal. 3. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
