JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The petitioner has been initially appointed as a Lecturer, Political Science (School Cadre) on special contract basis and subsequently regularized in the year 2009. It is a transfer matter from Government Senior Secondary School, Triloknath, District Lahaul & Spiti to the school of his choice. Petitioner has indicated the vacancy position (Annexure P-4). There will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on Annexure P-3, representation in the light of the vacancy position, as reflected in Annexure P-4, preferentially considering the petitioner against any of the vacancies, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment alongwith copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. The petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
