JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners claim benefit of judgments of this court rendered in Mool Raj Upadhayaya Vs. State of H.P., 1994 Supp. (2) SCC 316. It is for the petitioner concerned to bring the same to the notice of the first respondent, in which case the first respondent will get an opportunity to look into the facts of each case and take appropriate action thereon. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of as follows. 2. In the event of the individual petitioner filing an appropriate representation, the facts will be verified and appropriate action in the light of the judgment, referred to above, will be taken by the first respondent within another four months. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
