JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: “(i) That respondents may be ordered to grant work charged status to the applicant with effect from the due date with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back arrears of salary and seniority etc. pay fixation etc.” 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. The decision will be taken in the light of the decision in Man Singh vs. State of H.P. and others, CWP No.1594 of 2008 decided on 27th July, 2009 . 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
