JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 30.09.1994 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, Monghyr in Complaint Case No. 283(C)/1992/Tr. No. 368/1994 by which it has acquitted the respondent of the charges framed under Section 420 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal I see no ground for interfering with the reasonings of the Trial Court. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
