JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 08.05.1995 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 544 of 1990/Tr. No. 162 of 1995 by which it has acquitted the Respondents No. 2 for the charges framed under Section 420 IPC and 138 NI Act. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any perversity which would warrant interference in the acquittal of the Respondent No. 2. The appeal is dismissed.
