ORDER : 1. Let the application for directions, being IAs Nos. 9-10 of 2011, be taken up for consideration along with the special leave petition on 9-8-2011, at the top of the list, subject to other part-heard matters. 2. The respondents will be entitled to file their respective counter- affidavits to the special leave petition by 1-8-2011. Rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed by 6-8-2011. 3. In the meantime, the admission process for the superspeciality courses for the year 2011-2012 in the Government Medical Colleges in Kerala, shall remain stayed.
