JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer the present peritioner within time bound period keeping in view his family circumstances as well as the facts and circumstances of the case as his juniors have been ordered to be transfer under similar circumstances, the stations where the posts are lying vacant on which the petitioner could be adjusted easily are:-1) GHS Spail, Distt. Kangra, H.P. 2) GHS Sakri, Distt. Kangra, H.P.” 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General points out that being an inter-District transfer, the claim can be considered only as against available quota and that too depending on the seniority in terms of the application submitted prior to November of the year concerned. These are all matters for the first respondent to consider. Therefore, there will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter while decision is being taken at the time of consideration of the inter-District transfers. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
