JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners in all these petitions claim work charge status on completion of eight years of continuous service as daily waged Beldar/Chowkidar. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others. It is for the respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents concerned to examine the matter in each case in the light of the judgment referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment referred to above. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
