JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 12.04.1995 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran in Complaint Case No. 1240/91/Tr. No. 287/95 by which it has acquitted the Respondents No. 2 to 7 for the charges framed under Sections 323, 324 and 379 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal I do not find any perversity in the same. The appeal is dismissed.
