JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-2, order of transfer, issued by the second respondent. The petitioner submits that transfer at this stage to Lahaul & Spiti area is practically unworkable. It is also pointed out that the petitioner has an aged mother and he is the only one available at home to look after her. Still further, it is submitted that there is nobody posted in the place of the petitioner. All these matters, the petitioner is free to point out before the first respondent. In the event of the petitioner approaching the first respondent by way of appropriate representation, the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent, adverting to the submissions made in the representation and appropriate orders in accordance with law and justice thereon shall be passed, expeditiously. Subject to the petitioner, filing representation as above, within a period of ten days from today, in case the petitioner has not been relieved as on today, further proceedings in that regard will be deferred till the matter is thus decided by the first respondent. 2. The Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
