JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 31.03.1994 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in Complaint Case No. 265/90/Tr. No. 56/94 by which it has acquitted the Respondents No. 2 to 5 for the charges framed under Sections 323, 324, 452 and 380 IPC. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any perversity in the same. The appeal is dismissed.
