JUDGMENT V.K. Sharma, J. An application, text whereof is as under, has been moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh suit in the competent court in accordance with law: “Sir, It is informed that the Plaintiff had filed an application before the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh for granting permission for filing fresh suit in the District Court, Kinnaur at Rekong Peo. During the pendency of suit in the court of CJM, Kinnaur, the respondent has agreed to give a piece of land measuring 2 biswas to the plaintiff and made a request to the Court for withdrawal of the case. In this regard, the compromise deed has already been filed before the Court and the case stands withdrawn. In view of the above, it is requested to withdraw the case from the Hon'ble High Court.” 2. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek her remedy, if any, in the competent court in accordance with law, if so advised. 3. The petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
