JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayers: “(a) That a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to count the period of ad-hoc service and tenure service of the petitioner w.e.f. 2.2.1981 to 1.4.94 for grant of annual increments. (b) That a writ of mandamus be issued to the respondents to pay annual increments after counting the period of ad-hoc and tenure service.” 2. According to the petitioner, the issue is covered in his favour by the judgments of this Court rendered in CWP No. 4550 of 2010, Ravi Kumar vrs. State of H.P. & anr and LPA No. 36 of 2010, Sita Ram vrs. State of H.P. & ors. It is for the respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents concerned to examine the matter in the light of the judgments referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgments referred to above. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
