JUDGMENT : 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had submitted that the goods in question shall be released, forthwith, on the petitioner paying the entire amount of tax of Rs.37,441/-(Rupees Thirty seven thousand and four forty one), liable to be paid by the petitioner. The adjudication proceedings shall be completed within four weeks. 2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
