JUDGMENT : 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 4.2.2011 and direct the respondents to disburse the Award amount dated 31.8.2010 in Award No.6/2010 passed by the first respondent. 2. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Petitioners seek disbursement of compensation consequent to acquisition proceedings. The second petitioner has made a representation dated 4.2.2011 to the second respondent. 4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that the authority will consider the representation in accordance with law. 5. Considering the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 4.2.2011 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is ordered as above. No costs.
