Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No.197, dated 1.8.2010, registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the IPC, at Police Station City Tohana. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that the dead body, which is proposed to be passed of as that of the husband of the petitioner, was actually recovered on 1.11.2010, whereas the alleged murder took place on 3.11.2010. In the circumstances, as per the learned counsel, there is not even a dead body which can be claimed to be that of the alleged victim. He further states that the petitioner has now been in custody for the last about seven months and that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2006. 3. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Jai Singh, has accepted the above facts. 4. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 5. Petition stands disposed of.
