Rao, learned counsel for respondent no. 9, for grant of time to his client to file rejoinder in the context of the objections filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, four weeks' time is granted for the purpose. 3. The Superintending Archaeologist, State of Karnataka is impleaded as party and is directed to file an affidavit on the present status of the temple in question specifying as to whether or not the mining activities have already damaged the temple. In the affidavit to be filed, the Superintending Archaeologist, Government of India should indicate whether any other mining activities is to be carried on in the vicinity of the temple and, if so, who are the licensees. 4.
