JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “ I. That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for his conversion into daily waged Chowkidar w.ef. 1-1-2004, as per instructions dated 27.2.2004 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of H.P., will all consequential benefits like arrears of wages.” 2. The petitioner is working as Revenue Chowkidar. The State Government in its wisdom has framed a scheme to grant daily wager status to the part time workers on 27.2.2004. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for giving the status of daily wager within eight weeks from today. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
