JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayers: “ (i) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to count the untrained period of service of the husband of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.6.1965 to 6.1.1984 and the husband of the petitioner be held entitled to all consequential service benefits of pay, seniority, increments, pension, Provident Fund etc. etc. and further the petitioner be held entitled to the resultant benefit of pension and all arrears.” 2. Annexure P-3, representation is pending before the first respondent. According to the petitioner, the issue in principle has been accepted by the government and the benefits have been disbursed also. The petitioner is the legal heir. In case the government has accepted and implemented the principle enunciated in the judgment referred to in the representation, the similar treatment shall be extended to the husband of the petitioner and the accruing benefits shall be disbursed to her within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition, by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
