At this stage of the hearing of these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioners are permitted to make their representations to the respondents, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petitions, and if the respondents are directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time, as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioners are permitted to make representations to the respondents, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petitions, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on receipt of such representations, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months thereafter. 5. With the above directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
