JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “i) that directions be issued to the respondents to implement the judgment rendered by this Hon’ble Court in CWP (T) No. 10590 of 2008 in the case of petitioner also with all consequential benefits.” 2. According to the petitioner, the judgment in CWP (T) No. 10590 of 2008 has become final and the same has been implemented also. In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner covered by the judgment referred to above, the petitioner shall also be given a similar treatment. The needful in this behalf shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition and the judgment referred to above. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
