The allegation against the applicant is having duped the complainant. 2. Keeping in view the nature of submissions that have been noticed in the case of Smt. Gopa Chakarvarthy Vs. State of U.P. reported in? 2007 (9) ADJ 309 , the applicant is entitled for bail. 3. Let the applicant-Amit Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 449 of 2010, under Sections 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Jansath, District-Muzaffar Nagar be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two heavy sureties of Rs. 1 lac each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
