ORDER : G.S. Singhvi, H.L. Dattu, JJ. Issue notice in Interlocutory Applications Nos. 10 and 11 of 2011. 2. Keeping in view the averments contained in the application, the State of Karnataka is directed to release a sum of Rs. 20,00,000 in favour of the Committee constituted pursuant to this Court's order dated 26.4.2011 K. Guruprasad Rao v. State of Karnataka, (2012) 12 SCC 736 so as to enable the Committee to undertake the exercise envisaged in the Court's order. 3. Shri Krishnan Venugopal, learned senior counsel for respondent no. 19 and Ms. Kiran Suri, learned counsel representing M/s. Aarpee Iron Ore Mines requests and their respective clients are allowed four weeks' time to file additional documents and affidavits. 4. For consideration of IA No. 10 and other applications as also the prayer clause (C) made in IA No. 11 of 2011, the case is fixed for 29.8.2011. The prayer made by the Committee for extension of time up to three months will also be considered on the next date of hearing.
