ORDER : 1. In this case, it is for the first time that the learned counsel for the petitioner is taking the plea of accused being juvenile on the date of commission of offence. Mr. Shukla, learned counsel has filed original certificate in the Court which is said to be a school leaving certificate issued by the Principal, Primary School, Chit Bhawan, Ittawa, U.P. The said certificate is taken on record. 2. In view of the fact that this certificate is being filed before us for the first time, we direct the District & Sessions Judge, Ittawa, U.P. to summon the Principal along with the original admission/school leaving registers and examine the genuineness of this certificate. A copy of the school leaving certificate along with this order shall be sent immediately to the District Judge & Sessions Judge. He shall send his report to this Court along with the original record within four weeks from today. 3. List this matter after four weeks along with the report of the District Judge.
