JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “A. That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued and the petitioner may very kindly be ordered to be transferred to the place of his choice and the condition of substitute imposed by the respondent department may very kindly be quashed and set aside.” 2. According to the petitioner the posts are lying vacant at Hamirpur and Tauni Devi. There will be direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law. The needful in this behalf shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
