JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- A. That writ in the nature of certiorari may be issued and the impugned order passed by the Respondent No.2 dt. 3.7.2008, contained in annexure P-8 may be quashed and set aside. B. That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued by directing the respondents to construct the Dispensary Building at Khuradpatt upon the land comprising Khasra No. 955/849 measuring 0-13-65 Hectt. which has been donated by the local people. 2. It is seen that the petitioner has moved the Deputy Commissioner by way of Annexure P-9. There will be a direction to Deputy Commissioner, second respondent to consider and dispose of Annexure A-9 in accordance with law after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner, in case such a request is made. In the process, any other affected party shall also be afforded opportunity for hearing. The needful, as above, shall be done within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
