JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(i) That the respondents may be directed to allow parity in pay scale to the petitioner with Statisticians in Planning Department with effect from 1.1.1986 with further revision from time to time. Consequently, the petitioner may be held entitled to the revised pay scale of Rs. 2400-4000/- (as revised from time to time) with effect from 18.3.1991, the date when he joined as Statistician, with all consequential benefits including arrears of salary. (ii) That the petitioner may be held entitled to interest at market rate on delayed payment of revised pay scale.” 2. According to the petitioner he is similarly situated as the petitioners covered by Annexure P-6, judgment. It is further submitted that the judgment has been accepted and it has become final and the same has implemented also. In case petitioner is similarly situated, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also. Needful in this behalf shall be done by the first respondent within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
