JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: (i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued directing the respondents to pay salary alongwith arrears to the petitioners for the vacation period for which period they have already worked on contract basis as Lecturer, history in the interest of justice.” 2. It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court rendered in Baldev Singh versus State of H.P. & Others. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to release the vacation salary to the petitioners in case the same has not been granted to them so far within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
