JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The Writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize/work charge status to the petitioner from the day when he is completing 10 years continuous service, with all consequential benefits”. 2. According to the petitioner, the issue is covered by Annexure P-3, judgment of this Court, dated 27.7.2009, passed in CWP No.1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh versus State of H.P. and Ors. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of Annexure P-3 judgment, referred to above, in case the petitioner is also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of , so also the pending application(s) if any.
