Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had submitted that the respondent would consider both the appeals filed by the petitioner, on 21.1.2010, as well as on 15.4.2010, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time limit specified by this Court. 2. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the impugned order of the respondent, dated 29.12.2010, is set aside, directing the respondent to consider the appeals filed by the petitioner, on 21.1.2010, along with the appeal filed, on 15.4.2010, and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
