JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The issue raised in this petition pertains to the counting of tenure service for the purpose of increments and pensionary benefit. The issue is covered in favour of the petitioners by the judgement of this Court in Ravi Kumar vs. State of H.P. There will be a direction to second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law in the case of petitioner within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgement alongwith a copy of the judgement referred to above and a copy of this writ petition by the petitioner. 2. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
