Judgment :- 1. Today, when these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that the writ petitions had become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and in view of the endorsement made, the writ petitions are dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
