ORDER : The original record has been sent by the learned District Judge, Itawa as per the directions Vijay Singh v. State of Delhi, (2012) 12 SCC 744 of this Court along with his report. However, we are not, prima facie, satisfied with the report submitted by the learned District Judge, Itawa recording a finding of fact that the petitioner was a juvenile on the date of the incident i.e. 11-3-1998. Even the document, school certificate which is at p. 2B of the paper book, does not seem to be fully correct. 2. All this material be placed before the learned trial court and the court is requested to examine the issue as to whether the petitioner was a juvenile on 11-3-1998. The court is at liberty to summon the parties before it and examine any other document/material evidence which the parties want to adduce and submit a report within a period of six weeks to this Court. List thereafter.
