Judgment : 1. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the parties. We find no reasons to pass any orders in Interlocutory Applications Nos. 6566 of 2012 since the directions given by this Court in its judgment dated 31-8-2012 (Sahara India Real Estate Corpn. Ltd. V. SEBI, (2013) 1 SCC 1 : (2013) 1 SCC (Civ) 1 : (2013) 1 SCC (Cri) 257) are self-explanatory. Hence, these interlocutory applications are disposed of accordingly. 2. Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned Senior Counsel appearing for SHICL seeks permission to file an application apprising the Court of its compliance with the directions. He may do so on which we express no opinion.
