Judgment :- Elipe Dharma Rao, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari, to quash the impugned order dated 20.10.2010 passed by the second respondent in O.A. No.288 of 2009. 2. The first respondent and also two other similarly placed persons filed separate Original Applications viz. O.A. Nos.288, 737 and 838 of 2009 before the second espondent-Tribunal, challenging the rejection order of the petitioners, refusing to regularize their services in the cadre of Driver with effect from 15.12.1982 and also the consequential monetary benefits arising there from. After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent-Tribunal passed a common order dated 20.10.2010 granting the relief sought for and directing the petitioners to regularize the services of the applicants in the cadre of Driver with retrospective effect from the date of their appointment with all attendant benefits arising therefrom. Challenging the order passed in O.A. No.288 of 2009, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking for the relief cited supra. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that as against the order passed in O.A. No.737 of 2009, the petitioners filed W.P. No.30462 of 2011 and the same was dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 18.1.2012. As the issue raised in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, this writ petition has to be dismissed and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected M.Ps. are also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
