Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted, on instructions, that the Timing Conference scheduled to be held, on 28.2.2012, as per the Timing Conference Notice, dated 13.2.2012, issued by the first respondent, has been postponed to 6.3.2012. He had further submitted that separate notices will be issued to the petitioner, the second respondent and the other persons concerned, and they would be permitted to participate in the Timing Conference, to be held on 6.3.2012. Further, the application of the petitioner, dated 3.9.2010 and the application of the second respondent, dated 8.8.2011, would be taken up for discussion and the revision of the timings would be considered only after hearing the parties concerned. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent, as no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
