Judgment :- Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the investigation, enquiry and adjudication, relating to the alleged misdeclaration of goods, shall be completed by the respondents within a period of six months from today. 3. In view of the said submissions, the respondents are directed to complete the process of investigation, enquiry and adjudication, with regard to misdeclaration of goods, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate, fully, in the said process. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
