Judgment :- 1. Heard M/s.G.Thilakavathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Issac Mohanlal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 5. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the second respondent would continue to pay the UGC scale of pay, to the petitioner, till she attains the age of superannuation, as prayed for by her in the present petition. 3. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
