Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 16.12.2010, in W.P.No.28661 of 2010, had been complied with. He had also placed a communication, dated 16.02.2012, issued by the respondent, stating that the land belonging to the petitioner had been measured and it's boundaries had also been identified. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
