A.K. Goel, CJ.— 1. The grievance of the petitioners is that there is an attempt of encroachment of petitioners' land by the private respondents. The grievance being in the nature of civil dispute, remedy of the petitioners may be to approach the civil court. The petitioners are at liberty to take their remedy accordingly. In view of the above, no ground is made out by the petitioners to entertain this writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed, without prejudice to the remedy of the petitioners in accordance with law.
