JUDGMENT Mr. Rakesh kumar Garg, J.: - Petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for protecting their life and liberty with further directions to respondents No.4 and 5 not to interfere in their married life and not to interfere in their peaceful married life at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5. 2. According to the petitioners they are majors and were married on 27.12.2011 as per Sikh rites and rituals at Dera Baba Achar Singh Ji, Garhshankar. To substantiate the fact of solemnization of their marriage they have placed reliance on certain photographs and a certificate issued by the Head Priest of the said dera. According to the petitioners family members of petitioners No.1 have threatened the family of petitioner No.2 of the evil consequences. It is also stated that both the petitioners are apprehending threat to their life and liberty at the instance of respondents No. 4 and 5. 3. However, it may be noticed at this stage that the petitioners have earlier filed Crl.M.No.M-1365 of 2012, making verbatim submissions before this Court. The said petition was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. The said order reads thus:- “Counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. Order accordingly.” 4. There is no averments with regard to fresh threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners. Thus, in view of the aforesaid order passed by this Court in the earlier petition, I find no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. ____________
