Judgment : Heard Shri V. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Shri D. Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, Shri G. D'Souza, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.6 and Shri P. Dangui, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.12. 2. Rule. Heard forthwith by consent of learned Counsels. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents waive service. 4. It is reported by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.12 that case No. DCP/TNL/APL/2-30/2008 is fixed for orders on the interim application filed by the petitioner on 06.07.2012. 5. There are rival contentions raised by the learned Counsels appearing for the respective parties imputing reasons of delay on each other. But however considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it appropriate that the respondent No.12 be directed to dispose of case No. DCP/TNL/APL/2-30/2008 as expeditiously as possible, in any event on or before 31.12.2012. 6. Rule is disposed of in above terms. 7. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
